RETURNS POLICY

Production & Shipping Timeline

All orders require 10–15 business days or less for production and shipping after confirmation.

For urgent orders, customers must notify us in advance. Please note that express orders may incur additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in the condition received, including all original tags and packaging.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, and resalable.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Proof of postage must be retained, as goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by MIDETUSH.

Standard items: Returns accepted within 5 days of purchase.

Sale items: Returns accepted within 3 days of purchase.

Christmas period: Return window may be extended.

Returns outside these periods may not be accepted and will be at MIDETUSH’s discretion.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs and logistics related to returns/exchanges.

For international returns, all postage costs, customs fees, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the item received was faulty or damaged.

Sizing & Measurements

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or measurements provided by the customer.

We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart carefully and ensure it aligns with their measurements before placing an order.

If a specific measurement on the size chart does not match your requirements, you may use the contact form to provide additional details so we can make the necessary adjustments prior to production.

Midetush is not responsible for any changes to a customer’s body measurements after an order has been placed. 

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will discuss the available option which is substituting with a similar item (with your approval).

If adjustments are required, additional charges may apply depending on the changes required. 

Adjustments & Alterations

For bespoke or made-to-order items, complimentary minor adjustments are available only to customers based in Nigeria.
International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways for any alterations. Major alterations or design modifications will attract additional fees.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and measurement-based orders, no refunds will be accepted; particularly when measurements are
provided by the customer.

Refund Policy

We hope you love your order as much as we do! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), please contact us at midetush@gmail.com to request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Customers have 48 hours from purchase to request a refund.

After 48 hours, refunds cannot be processed as the order will have been sent to production.

Non-refundable items: Pre-order, Custom, Made-to-order, Sale, and Promotional orders.

Items sent back without first notifying us via the contact form will not be accepted.

Refunds and exchanges are at MIDETUSH’s discretion.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
