Production & Shipping Timeline
All orders require 10–15 business days for production and shipping after
confirmation.
For urgent orders, customers must notify us in advance. Please note that rush
orders may incur additional charges.
International Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all logistics related to international exchanges.
Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item is received and
inspected.
International returns are not accepted.
Sizing & Measurements
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or
measurements provided by the customer.
Midetush is not liable for any changes in a customer’s body
measurements after an order is placed.
If adjustments are required, additional charges may apply, to be determined on
a case-by-case basis.
Adjustments & Alterations
Complimentary minor adjustments are available only to customers based in
Nigeria.
International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways for
any alterations.
Major alterations or design modifications will attract additional fees.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and measurement-based orders, no
returns or refunds will be accepted; particularly when measurements are
provided by the customer.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Instead, we provide adjustments or exchanges where applicable and feasible.

By placing an order with Midetush, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to all our policies.
